A: We have 6 series of material, they are solid wood, MDF(medium density fiberboard), PVC(polyvinyl chloride), plywood, tempered glass and stainless steel.
Q: What colours and sizes can I choose from?
A: Different colours and sizes are available.
Q: I’m looking for a particular design that is not listed on your website?
A: Actually, we don’t list all of our products on the website. If we don’t have similar design as yours, we can produce it as per your design too.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: The MOQ is 10 pieces for each model.
Q: What about the package?
A: Five-layer standard export carton with polybag & foam inside to guarantee delivering safety.
Q: How long will it take to manufacture?
A: Our lead time is 20~50 days depending on different quantity.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept T/T(telex transfer or wire transfer) and L/C(letter of credit).
Q: What is the loading port and destination port?
A: The container is loaded in Ningbo or Shanghai, could be shipped to any seaport as per your requirement.
